How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us through the in-app support form or by emailing support and we'll process your refund within a few business days.

Recurring subscriptions

Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel from the in-app "Manage subscription" link. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
